Christopher E. Smith, LLB, Personal Injury Lawyer

Chris SmithChris is a product of the Kootenays.  Born and raised in Rossland and Nelson, he grew up playing in the Purcell Mountains.  After a decade of University and world travel, he returned to the Mountains to raise a family and practice law as a civil litigator.  A graduate with an honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, Chris has successfully  represented clients in all manner of civil disputes in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  He has carved a reputation as a highly competent courtroom lawyer, as well as a skilled negotiator of settlements and resolutions to a wide array of  complex disputes.  Within his years of practice he was drawn to  representing injured parties.
